If you bought TurboTax Online, just login to our website and start a new return. When you are ready to file, the software will ask you for the payment code that you bought from Costco.

When you install it, it will ask for the key that you got from Costco.

I bought the wrong software also from Costco. Contacted customer service same day and was given a case number [social security number removed] to file for refund and link to file for refund. This was on February 23/21. To-date I have not received a call back. Please advise what is my next step.
