How to open cra account

turbo  tax said I had a warning that couldn't file as address changed  from last year.  I don't have cra account .. what to do now

If you are not registered for the My Account service, you can contact the Canada Revenue Agency at 1 800 959 8281 to make any necessary corrections to your mailing address.
