How to record MV Expenses when changed car during year?

Entering my motor vehicle expenses but I changed cars in March.

Do I enter the mileage driven for each vehicle in the year?

Or do I enter total mileage for the year (equal entry for both vehicles)?

How to record MV Expenses when changed car during year?

Prorate your mileage over each vehicle. In other words, enter the same total for each vehicle,
but claim prorated usage.

Lets say you claim 50% of your mileage is business, and of that, 25% was incurred on vehicle 1 and the rest on vehicle 2. So if your annual total is 30,000..
Vehicle 1 business use is 30,000 x 0.5 x 0.25 = 3750
Vehicle 2 business use is 30,000 x 0.5 x 0.75 = 11,250

I assume I prorate the total kilometers driven for that year as well so I end up with the right ratio on the worksheet? So on each worksheet total kms driven for Vehicle 1 is 7500, and Vehcile 2 is 22500 - giving me the 50% ratio for each vehicle.

That should work. Btw the 50% was just for my example. You should use whatever is appropriate for your situation as an employment expense or business use.
