I accidentally made a new account this year when starting my taxes. Is there a way to merge them to my old account or do I need to start over?

I used the CD version last year, so when I chose to do it online this year I went to set up an online account. When I changed to using the app on my phone instead of my laptop, I realized my last year's account was available. Can I merge the work I've done so far back to the old account that has my information? Or do I have to start over with the previous account?

Unfortunately, you will not be able to merge the TurboTax Online to the TurboTax CD/Download version as they are two separate platforms. You will have to start over.
