I accidently clicked forms page. Then I tried to review. I want to get back to original first page of interview file. How can I restart my original filing?

You can return to the easy step menu in Turbo Tax Desktop Software by clicking on the "Easy Steps" icon, fourth from the left in the upper left hand corner of the forms screen.

Same issue, but that's the only icon that is greyed out amonst the list of icons.

@SS007Fly Please try reinstalling TurboTax using the download from our website.  You can download the current version of TurboTax CD/download edition here:  Choose the 2023 TurboTax edition you need (for Windows). If you are still not able to resolve this issue, please contact our phone support team at 1-888-829-8608.
