I am doing my taxes at family dependants it is asking me about there income what do they mean

Some credits are reduced if the dependant has income. So the program must ask what a dependant's Net income (T1, line 236) is. You can find this information on their tax return, or make a reasonable estimate if you don't have access to their return.

If they have no income at all, you can answer No to the question "Is [Dependant]'s income zero?" and leave the rest of the boxes blank.
