Are you filing your TurboTax 2023 return or trying to enter your MyAccount with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)?

Since you have never completed a tax return previously, you may need to wait for your first return to be filed in order to create a CRA My Account.

If  you have completed a Canadian tax return in the past no matter which software you had used- you then  would say that this is NOT your first time filing  a return through the CRA.

I am trying to set up a CRA account but I don't have access to my turbotax return from 2023 and I need to have a CRA account to access it, I think.  I need to enter line 15000 from my previous tax return. Any suggestions?

If you used TurboTax Online for 2023 tax year, you should have access to your Netfiled return in your online account. This article might help you.

@Lucy_Kimuya no you don't need a CRA account to be able to file a tax return.
