I am getting charged for a product I did not use. Please fix this.

I am getting charged $39.99 for Turbotax premium package I did not use.

Hello- I am getting charged for a product that was not working. I wanted the live expert and no one ever showed up to help me. I ended up finding my own answer so I do not want to pay for a product that was not working or not available. Please take is off my final balance
