We will need more information to be able to assist you - what type of software are you using? Online or Desktop version?
May I ask if you imported your information from last year or is this happening in a return started from scratch? This will help us try to recreate the issue. Also which type of device are you using - PC, Ipad, ChromeBook, etc.
I imported my information form last year. And i was usuing a tablet at first and tried on a laptop and still does the same thing
