I am not able to see my posted 2018 returns. TurboTax have not been able to resolve this issue

Can you provide more details about the issue? Are you looking in your 2018 account and you can’t see your returns there? Are you in 2019 and you can’t see your 2018 returns to download the PDF files? Or are you trying to transfer your 2018 info into 2019 but they do not show up in the list of available returns to transfer?
