I am preparing family taxes and my parents. Last year I purchased the turbo tax and did everyone for about 40.00 . Am I going to have to pay 35 per file this year?

You would only pay $34.99 per return if you did all your returns using TurboTax Premier Online. If you are using TurboTax Online, we have other options, like TurboTax Standard Online, which is $19.99 per return, or you can get a 8-return pack for $34.99. I bought the 2019TurboTax and I am unable to use the CD that came in the package.   The instructions said to go online and I would be able to continue but everything wants to charge me extra when I have already paid for it.
