When you enter an amount in box 135 of your T4A the amount is automatically carried forward as a medical expense.  Under Medical Expenses you would enter the 260.00 for your prescriptions. In the Medical Expense Summary you will see the amount from the T4A Box 135. So your total medical expenses that show up under the Medical Expense Summary should be 2778.00.

You can also check your Detailed Tax Summary Line 330 which will show the full amount of your medical expenses.
