I am trying to down load the tax system on a Mac but it keeps coming up that it my computer can not open the file as it does not have the application.

We have used the PC version in the past but are now using a m=Mac but can not seem to open the down loaded file as my computer shows that I don't have the application?

Unfortunately, TurboTax CD/Download is not compatible with Mac OS. However, TurboTax Online works fine with Mac OS products, and you can select your product here: https://turbotax.intuit.ca/personal-tax-software/online-tax-software.jsp

Turbotax is not available online for the 2012 version, and is only available by CD/Download. It did not say anywhere that this CD/download was not compatible with Macs. I would like a refund please as I have not been able to use the software. Thank you.
