I am trying to file my income tax return with turbo tax, you say I already have an acount i forgot my email i used and password,but you still won let me recover it

If you do not remember your password, you can reset your password by following the steps below:

  1. Click the I forgot my user ID or password link on the TurboTax Online login page https://ww1.2015.free.turbotaxonline.intuit.ca/accountRecovery
  2. Provide the user ID or e-mail associated with the account you are logging into. This will trigger an e-mail to be sent to you.
  3. If you cannot remember the user ID, or no longer have access to the e-mail account on record for TurboTax Online, you can update your email address using the form on the bottom of the page in this link: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/questions/1190134-how-do-i-update-my-email-address-in-my-turbot...

I am trying to file my income tax return with turbo tax, you say I already have an acount i forgot my email i used and password,but you still won let me recover it

I have had a computer crash I have moved new computer new email etc. 

I will be reloading all turbo tax from 2009 to 2015 I have forgotten the password for 2015 and do not know how to retrieve because I do not have same email 

I have been registered with you for years and do not feel this should be an issue of identification just because I changed my email address
