Can you please advise us what you are trying to do, are you trying to sign into your 2015 TurboTax account? or open a 2015 tax return?

The online edition of TurboTax for tax year 2015 has been discontinued. You'll need to purchase the CD/Download edition and start a new return, or find another tax preparation software provider.
