I am using the FREE 2018 turbotax page but am being asked to pay $4.99 for 'Primary return -FastTrack'; what is this payment for and how do I remove it?

I am on the intuit turbotax free 2018 website and I have not added any additional charges to my return but am being asked to pay $4.99 for "Primary return -FastTrack" - why is this? I never selected this option. How do I remove this FastTrack charge?

The FastTrack option was presented in the software as an option to go directly to the end of your return after using CRA's Auto-Fill My Return service. If you selected "Everything is here. Jump me ahead with FastTrack for $4.99 per return." the charge will appear prior to filing.

If you would prefer to not use FastTrack, please start a new return and do not select this option.
