I bought H&B TY2020 at Staples Sherwood Park, AB last 1/21/2021. Tried to download because don't have CD player but only 2 options are available: personal and business...

...I downloaded business and introduced the license code but nothing happen, I can't open the file from previous 2019. Julio Fernandez

TurboTax Home & Business is for personal T1 tax returns, so you need to download the “personal” version of the software. Here’s the link: https://turbotax.intuit.ca/product/download/index.jsp

TurboTax 2020 Business Incorporated is for incorporated business T2 tax returns. You can only prepare tax returns for an incorporated company using this software. Regular personal TurboTax returns will not work with this software.
