I bought Turbotax in Coasto and I want check how many files we have used totally

Your question & your image are asking 2 different things: 1) The number of software installation & Your installation key code (which I have deleted). 2) But you are asking how many returns you have used. 

So I will explain the two:

1) Your images - You can install the software up to 3 times with the same IKC. So that images tells me that you are wanting to know why you cannot install it again. Because you have exceeded the number of times you can install
