Why did turbo tax premier online 2023 for twelve returns double charger me extra for my third return after I filed to CRA and denied my complain about double billing ?
My return was ungraded to live review for free then at the end it wants to charge me $15. How do i take it off and return to the free version?

Why did turbo tax decline my refund? the double charge they charged me cost them my services for the next 40-50 years. My wife's as well. That's 80-100 years you lost.
I selected the premium service but didnt end up needing it or talking to a tax agent. I filed a free return but have still been charged. how can i get a refund?
