I can't scroll down to confirm payment information and then pay. I have used firefox and explorer.

I cannot scroll down on the payment information screen I order to pay.

The up and down arrows didn't work, but scrolling down using the wheel on the mouse worked.

This should at least have either tab or scrolling work not go back after I use the up or down arrow.
