I cannot send the Netfile ITR 2023 of my daughter to CRA I’m running out of time

You have until 11:59 pm EST today to file your daughter's return and pay any amount that she owes. If you cannot make this deadline, you can still file at a later date but there will be interest charges from the CRA.
