I cannot sign out of my wife's CRA account. It won't recognize my CRA data.

Every time I try to auto-fill my CRA data, it says my wife may still be signed in. It suggests opening her 'My Account' in a new browser, signing her in and then signing her out. It also says I can clear my cache or use private browsing to import my CRA data. I have tried all 3 methods multiple times, and every time I try to import my CRA data, it shows my wife's SIN number, and it still gives me a warning that her CRA account may still be logged in.

Login to your CRA account in another tab, and then start the Auto-Fill process for your return.
