Did you buy TurboTax Online or TurboTax Desktop/Download?

Do not sign into intuit account as it is not necessary if you have a license code card from the box you purchased at the store or Staples. My mistake was that I kept "signing in" as I thought that is what I was suppose to do and trying to use my code but would not work as when signing into intuit it seemed that I was purchasing a turbo tax product on line but I already had my product from the store. So frustrating. Just go to ....turbotax.ca/download to download the version you purchased Browse down and go to the BEFORE YOU BEGIN: REVIEW THE SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS and follow the instructions. It was important to just browse down to this section and everything was good and accepted my license code as it was the proper one for the item that I purchased from the actual store. When you go type in ....turbotax.ca/download JUST REMEMBER TO NOT SIGN INTO INTUIT AS THIS TAKES YOU TO THE SITE FOR PURCHASING A PRODUCT. BROWSE DOWN and you are on your way.
