I now have a new email address which is different to what I have used before

Thank you for your question.

To update your email address on your TurboTax account, complete the following steps:

  1. Sign in to your TurboTax account.
  2. From the Tools menu on the top right side of the screen, select Update Account. The Account Settings page appears.
  3. On the Account Settings page, in the Email address row, click Edit. Additional fields appear.
  4. In the Email address field, replace your old email address with your new one.
  5. In the Confirm email address field, re-enter your new email address.
  6. In the Password field, enter your current TurboTax password.
  7. Click Save.

Your email address is updated.
