I chose to pay my balance owing via credit card through TurboTax, it has been 2 weeks since I completed my taxes and submitted and have not been charged the amount owing.

Can someone please advise if there is something else I should be doing here? When I chose this option I expected it to prompt me for a credit card but it did not. Welcome any advice this audience may have.

Did you get a NETFILE confirmation number? If you did, you should contact the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) and ask what the status of your return is.

Yes I did get a confirmation number I suspect I would need to either call or login to My CRA to check the status of things.
