I couldnt netfile can I try again with refile

You can't use ReFile unless you have NETFILEd. What error message are you getting? Which version of TurboTax are you using? Is it Online or is it the CD/Desktop edition?

It asked the question of the T1198 to which I answered no and it just said I didn't qualify for netfile so I printed to send it in...but Im not to sure why I cant netfile

Please go through the “My Info” part of the interview and make sure all the questions have been answered, and that they are answered correctly. Same thing when you go through the NETFILE process – start from the review if you didn’t do it previously.
