    I did my taxes and my parents on line last year. This year 2018 I bought your product from a retailer. How do I access our 2017 returns

    You can transfer Online to Online, and from Desktop to Online. Unfortunately, you can’t transfer from Online to Desktop. Here is a link to our FAQ on the topic: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/2961935
