I did not order Turbo Tax but it has been charges to my husbands mastercard. Why?

How did you get my husbands credit card #? You were not authorized to do this . I have purchased Turbo Tax in the past, but I do not know which one I am going to need for this year as some things have changed and I want the charge on my husband's credit card reversed.

You may have subscribed to our Turbo Tax Avantage subscription to  which  it will on yearly basis automatically place the order of your software. Kindly contact TurboTax Support to reach  an agent: They will gladly help you with your refund and cancellation of your subscription.  https://support.turbotax.intuit.ca/contact/
