I did not use Assist& Review last year; How do I get past this prompt and get on with my return?

Software says I used Assist&Review last year.  I did not.  Now I can't get past this option

You should be able to say No Thank you or Skip. If not please clear your cache, sign out of your return and then restart your computer.
