I do not want to use instalment in my return

I filled out my tax return manually and knew that I should get a refund of about $1700. I then decided to use TurboTax so that I could get my refund quickly. In TurboTax online, I filled in everything and said yes when it wanted to get my information from CRA. In addition to my T4 and T5 info, it imported in an installment that is currently on file with my account (about $13K). This installment is for my 2016 and 2017 returns which CRA are still processing (why it's taken a year, I don't know). Anyway ... when I finished with TurboTax for 2018, it says my refund should be $14700 (ish). NOPE! It should only be the $1700 (ish).

How can I remove the installment amount from the return online? Or ... do I have to send in my return manually and wait for CRA to finish processing 2016 and 2017?
