I don't have a business or business license but I sometimes do outsourcing work for an international company. What would I claim this income under?

You need to claim this as Self-Employed income on a T2125 -Statement of Business Activities. You do not need a Business License or Number, but CRA requires that you report any income earned that exceeds $3,500 gross as Self-Employment and requires you to make CPP Contributions.
