I don't have an RL-1 slip but worked in Québec

I worked in Québec all throughout 2014 yet never recieved my relevé 1 slip.

Would I request this from my employer or simply contact Revenu Québec?

Hello, 

You can do 3 things: 
1. You can log into your "my account" 
2. You can call the CRA 
3. You can contact your employer.
