Did you file your 2023 return using NETFILE? If you printed it and mailed it then you won't see the NETFILE option.
On the My returns page, is your return showing that it's been filed or that it's still "In Progress"?
Hi Susan, it shows as "Status: Complete | TurboTax Premier" and inside this return, when I scroll all the way down to Filling Hub, it show's as filled with the express NOA next to it.

Are you using an online version or a desktop version? Make sure that if using a desktop version, it should be up to date.

Have you tried clearing cookies and cache or using a different browser? Give that a try, and if this doesn't work, we would suggest contacting our product support team by phone.
