I downloaded 2020 standard Canadian version. All went well until the most recent update. Now the software won't load. How do I fix this?
I am using Windows 10 and Windows says the program isn't responding. I can't seem to get any help other than the community. Any ideas?

We are sorry for the inconvenience. We are happy to report that the root cause of the problem has been corrected. Once you uninstall TurboTax and reinstall using this link, the issue will be resolved.
