I downloaded Turbotax 2023 in January and activated it. Today, following the update, it asked for the activation code again. I cannot find it.

I downloaded Turbotax 2023 in January-ish 2024 and activated it. Today, I would like to bring it over to a new PC. Where do I find it?

@Colezey89 You just need to sign in with the same username/password that you used when you first entered the activation code.

Hi Susan, thankyou for your quick response. I ended up finding my original packaging and was able to load Turbo Tax 2023. Thanks to your customer service hot line!
