I filed both taxes for myself and my wife. She owes but I get a return. Will her taxes offset my return and I'll receive the difference?

While you've prepared your returns together at the same time, you've still prepared two distinct returns and the CRA treats them as such. Your wife will have to pay her full balance; there's no way to pay down some of her tax owed from your expected refund.
