I filed my 2016 taxes using Turbotax but I do not see a copy of my return. All years after 2016 are listed. How can I access it?

I have a receipt from Turbotax showing that I paid.

Unfortunately, TurboTax Online 2016 has been discontinued, and the files are no longer available. TRA (Tax return access) services were not introduced until 2017, so you won’t see PDFs from 2016 in your account, either.

However, you can still get the information from your 2016 tax returns via the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA)  using their My Account service, which you can login to here: My Account for Individuals
