I filed my taxes online with Turbo Tax for 2018 and 2019. I am having trouble accessing prior returns. I reviewed the video but my screen looks different?

I can't find prior year online filed returns

Do you have more than one TurboTax Online account? If so, the returns you are looking for may be in another account.

To see all your user ids:

1. Go to the TurboTax Online sign in page and select the I forgot my user ID or password link.
2. Enter your email address and select  Continue.
3. A list appears with the user IDs associated with the email address you entered.
