If you are using TurboTax Online, please make sure
that you are logged into the correct page with the correct username &
password. The correct web address for 2018 is: https://ww1.2018.turbotaxonline.intuit.ca/
When you login your returns should be listed in
the side of the window that says “Great to see you again!”. Click Continue next
to a return to open it.
If you are using TurboTax CD/Download, then
clicking on the “Open an Existing Return” button, selecting File>Open from
the top menu or pressing CRTL+O on your keyboard should bring up a dialog box
where you can search your hard drive for your return file. If this is not
happening, please try reinstalling the software using the download available on
our website: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/3001486
