I cannot remember my password and the security questions are too far back and I cannot remember some of the details of some questions.
The phone number on file is not longer active and I cannot change it on my file ( because I cannot log in !! )
please help

If you have forgotten you password, you can either choose to have a text message sent to you or click on the "Sign In A Different Way" link to see more options.
CRA will not accept my Password and will not tell me what to do. Therefore I cannot sign in.
