I got code 15.it says I am locked out.I try access my account in cra , I got trough.means i am not locked out by cra.its turbo tax locked me out.what should i do ?

I am not locked out by cra.i beleive i am locked out by turbo tax tried more than 5 times to netfile my return.it is a very simple return.I even called cra and they told me i am not locked out by them.what should i do ?

If it says that your NETFILE account is locked, then there is nothing we can do as NETFILE is a CRA service that we do not control.

 

If you are in Canada or the United States, you can call the CRA at 1-800-959-8281. If you are elsewhere, you can call 613-940-8495. This page has more ways to contact the CRA: Contact the Canada Revenue Agency

i got the same problem, CRA said that is not blocked

NETFILE is a CRA service that TurboTax has no control over, sf it says that your NETFILE account is locked, then there is nothing we can do. Please try calling the CRA again. If you are in Canada or the United States, you can call the CRA at 1-800-959-8281. If you are elsewhere, you can call 613-940-8495.
