If it says that your NETFILE account is locked then there is nothing we can do as NETFILE is a CRA service that we do not control.
If your TurboTax account is locked, wait for at least 24 hours and try to login again. You may need to clear your browser cache (or use a different browser). If you are still not able to resolve this issue, please contact our phone support team at 1-888-829-8608 for more help.
