I had a live expert help file my taxes in 2020, but for some reason I cannot access the site or any of the related documents. How do I get access?

Hey for some reason it doesn’t show the 2020 pdf. I have been trying to login into turbotax 2020 but the link doesn’t work. What will be the best course of action from here?
