I have a CD version of 2023 TurboTax which won't install. I see the files on the CD, installation starts, but then stops and nothing happens. Is this a bad CD?

Please try installing the software using the download from our website. You can download the current version of TurboTax CD/download edition here:  Choose the 2023 TurboTax edition you need (for Windows).
