I have a partially completed Tax Return on my Turbotax Desktop and I would like to access this return from a different computer. Is this possible? if yes, how?

If you mean to join both Online and Download, unfortunately TurboTax Online can't create .tt files, which is what TurboTax CD/Download uses. To bring your partially filled return, you will need to copy the saved file of your return onto a memory key to bring it to the other computer or send the file by email, etc.
