I have a problem with payment because I left Canada and don't have actual address there. So there is no chance to fill in billing address

The billing address is associated with your credit card. If you do not have a Canadian credit card the only thing you can do is purchase a TurboTax software from an online retailer so that you can complete your Canadian tax return.
