I have an INC business and am paid in dividends do i fill out the self employed forms for my personal?

Hi, thank you for using Intuit TurboTax Community

When dividends are paid by a corporation, recipients will receive a T5 slip from the corporation. The dividends are then reported as dividend income. Self employment forms in a T1 are not used to report corporate income.

If you have any questions with regard to specific payments, check with the corporate accountant to be sure of the type of payment.
