I have bought the premier turbotax for Canada but can"t get it to download. Where on earth do I put the installation code. All I get is info on how to do it online.

You can download TurboTax Premier CD/download 2018 from here: https://turbotax.intuit.ca/tax-software/download-skus/turbotax-2018.jsp . It may help if you right click the link and choose “Save As”, and then save the download file to your desktop. When you install the program, it will ask you for your installation code.
