I have hobby income from Etsy and Patreon for a small magazine I started in 2020. I spend more than I earn (supplies + postage > revenues). Do I declare the income?

It doesn't matter if your hobby income or ETSY income is small or you don't make any profit because there is no threshold.  You should file a tax return for your all income and report it to CRA if you are a resident in Canada.
