I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE UNEMPLOYMENT T4 SLIP. I FORGOT THE PASSWORD AND WAITING TO HEAR BACK. IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY TO GET THIS?

Phone: 1-800-959-8281 (Canada and United States) You can call CRA and ask for the amount of income and tax deducted on the T4E Statement of Employment Insurance Benefits.
